Liberal elites aren’t the only ones hosting fashion shows.
A week after New York Fashion Week, GOPers will strut their stuff down the catwalk, wearing apparel like a “Fake News” jumpsuit by Kate Ganci; a “Make American Great Again” cap outfitted in Swarovski crystals by Hat Trickz; and a crystal bag with an American flag on one side and “MAGA Fashionista” on the other by Cindy Grosz.
The America First Patriotic New York Fashion Week Event will cater to pro-Trump designers, businesses and customers, according to Grosz, the event’s creator.
The Sept. 17 shindig will be held at the America First Warehouse, a Long Island depot for Trump-themed merchandise.
There will be other Donald Trump-related — and unrelated items — from daywear to evening wear for all ages and in all price ranges, said Grosz, an activist with Jews Choose Trump and a former pro-Trump Congressional candidate.
Two-time Daytime Emmy-winning actress Martha Byrne from “As the World Turns” has been tapped to model at the soiree.
The fashion event “sounded interesting and I love supporting local businesses and local artists,” said Byrne, the wife of former NYPD Sgt. Michael McMahon, who was convicted of stalking a New Jersey couple on behalf of China. “I think it’s a wonderful way to support creativity.”
Singer and actor Lovari will perform his hit, “No Day Like Today — which charted at No. 23 on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs and at No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance Breakout chart — at the fashion event.
The Queens native said he was blacklisted by a major recording academy and members of the LGBTQ community for publicly thanking Trump on social media for passing the Music Modernization Act in 2018, which made it easier for digital musicians to license music legally.
“They didn’t say it was because of my remarks, but I knew it,” he said.
